Dear friends, colleagues and partners!
We wish you a Happy New Year and Merry Christmas! This year was important for us. It was the year of our 10th anniversary. We summed up the results and started planning the future. A lot has been done, but it’s still much to be done. We wish all ‘pioneers’ of rural tourism and all the rest who support our movement lots of joy, health and good luck in the coming year!

AGORA 2.0 project is in the homestretch!
This year Belarusian Association “Country Escape” is finalizing AGORA 2.0 project “Heritage tourism for increased BSR identity”, supported by the Baltic Sea Region Program 2007-2013. The project lasted two years, a lot has been done. more info
Belarusian delegation learns rural tourism from Israel
From 26th till 29th of April Belarusian delegation was on a study tour “Rural tourism in Israel” supported by the MASHAV centre and Israeli Embassy in Belarus. Among the participants there were farmstead owners, representatives of the Ministry of sports and tourism of Belarus, experts, representatives of collective farms. The participants had a chance to see the best practices of rural tourism in Israel. In terms of the visit the group attended the meeting of the Minister of sports and tourism of Belarus Oleg Kachan and the Minister of tourism of Israel Stas Mesezhnikov where parties signed and agreement on cooperation between our countries in the field of tourism. Now this agreements needs fulfillment and rural tourism will be among the priorities.
