AGORA 2.0 project is in the homestretch!

This year Belarusian Association “Country Escape” is finalizing AGORA 2.0 project “Heritage tourism for increased BSR identity”, supported by the Baltic Sea Region Program 2007-2013. The project lasted two years, a lot has been done. more info

Greenways in the Global Net
In December, 29 in the Museum-Farmstead of Vankovichy there was held an international conference, devoted to the opening of a new Internet-site www.greenways.by about greenways in Belarus. This site is a specialized resource of the Association “Agro- and ecotourism” and developed with the support of Fund “Environmental Partnership for Sustainable Development” (Poland). At the meeting there were creators of the site, coordinators and specialists in the sphere of greenways, representatives of international organizations, potential sponsors and other interested people. The presentation of the site was added by folklore-ethnographic program “Beseda” (“Talk”) of Vasily Gryn with authentic songs and playing old Belarusian music instruments. The site will start working in January 2007.
