The highest point of Belarus land was considered to be Dzerjinskaya Mountain, 345 meters high. Well, it can’t be compared with such mountains as, for example, the Karpati or the Caucasus but still there can be found about 25-30 representatives of mountain flora, and almost all of them are rare species, included in the Red book of the Republic of Belarus. more info

AGORA 2.0 project is in the homestretch!

This year Belarusian Association “Country Escape” is finalizing AGORA 2.0 project “Heritage tourism for increased BSR identity”, supported by the Baltic Sea Region Program 2007-2013. The project lasted two years, a lot has been done. more info

The exhibition "Reisepavillon" in Hanover
On the 3-5th of February 2006 there was hold the Main Green European exhibition "Reisepavillon" in Germany. Belarusian Association "Country escape" was among its participants. It was the first time Belarus presented its new product called "Country escape". The Association made presentation of Belarusian tourist attractions, there were discussed possibilities of creating "green holidays" for German tourists. And still there is a lot to do. Unfortunately Belarus is not that much known in the international markets not to mention that the competition there is really high. But Belarus also has something unique, something which will attract tourists. Lots of work lay ahead!
